    i have lots of negative people around me *currently* and i am consistently ggetting hurt and i don’t really know what to do, my emotions are so unbelievably extreme and there is no way to safely or comfortably talk or express them and it is emotional turmoil from there. i am wanting to know what i can do to not feel what they’re feeeling and for them not 2 feel what i’m feeling. how to make my myself feel loved and listened 2
