    One of my long-term goals is to be able to run 100 miles eventually. The farthest I’ve ever run so far is probably 10 miles. I find that exercise has a really positive effect on my mood and mental state. I usually just do tibetan yoga and jogging, but I think I might like to get into weight lifting too.


    I workout regularly and enjoy leisurely walks. Since the holidays I have not been able to stop eating sugar. I’g going to drink more tea.


    I have really been enjoying long, uphill walks! I want to do yoga more.
