For those of you who don’t know I work in mental health and addictions and I am currently doing my psychology degree. I think it is important to remain fluid in your practice so I am always looking at ways to achieve this.
I was directed towards a book called Heal Your Life by Louise Hay. If you haven’t seen it you can get it on line for free and it is worth your time and energy, especially if you resonate with metaphysics.
So I thought Id share some of my exercises with you as it might inspire some however this way I tend to stay accountable to myself and work on a regular basis. You will notice that some ailments are highlighted and some aren’t. The high lighted ones are what is present for me today. I like to note my past ailments to see just how far Ive come so far.
